Murray to Cops: Michael Begged Me For Propofol

In some of the most dramatic testimony to date, an LAPD detective testified Dr. Conrad Murray told him Michael Jackson "begged" him for Propofol shortly before he died.

LAPD Robbery Homicide Detective Orlando Martinez testified about an interview he conducted with Dr. Murray two days after MJ died.  Martinez said Murray told him the night before Jackson died he was having trouble sleeping.  Murray said he was trying to ween Jackson off of Propofol -- a drug he was giving MJ almost every night for two months.

Murray told Martinez he was giving Jackson a variety of other drugs, beginning sometime after 1AM, to no avail.  Jackson then said if he didn't get to sleep he would cancel rehearsal.

Murray said he was feeling "pressure" from MJ to give him something to help him sleep, and Jackson was begging for Propofol.  Murray claims he gave him a reduced dose, with Michael's help.  As TMZ has reported many times before, Murray said MJ liked to "push in the Propofol himself and that other doctors let him do it."

Murray went to the bathroom for 2 minutes, came back and claims he saw MJ wasn't breathing.

L.A Authorities Re-Open Notorious B.I.G Murder Case

It’s been 13 years since Notorious B.I.G. was murdered in Los Angeles but the investigation into his slaying was “reinvigorated” just a few months ago as a result of new information…
A task force made up of local and federal law enforcement agencies is actively pursuing leads into the 1997 slaying of hip hop artist Christopher Wallace, better known as Biggie Smalls or Notorious B.I.G.
According to one law enforcement source, the investigation into the 13-year-old unsolved case  was "reinvigorated" months ago as a result of new information, but the source would not elaborate further because of the ongoing investigation that includes the Los Angeles Police Department, L.A. County District Attorney's office and the FBI. The main theory behind shooting was payback in a so-called rap war between East and West Coast hip hop artist and their record companies - Bad Boy Entertainment in New York, which represented  Wallace and Death Row Records, headed by Marion "Suge" Knight, in Los Angeles. Six months earlier in Las Vegas, a gunman opened fire on a car driven by Knight, Killing one of his top artists Tupac Shakur. That murder remains unsolved also.

The LA County DA’s Office dropped Drug charges against Cottle  upon her completion of 24 sessions of counseling back home in Georgia. The couple were caught with pills in their car last September.

Some of you might be wondering “hey, how come she just got treatment while T.I. went back to prison?"Fact is, TI was never charged for drugs at all! Kanye West sued for assault in 2008 matter

Kanye West has some new legal problems on his hands, but the matter is from a situation that occurred some time ago.

West is reportedly being sued by a photographer who claims he was assaulted in 2008 by West’s security team, states PopEater. Michael Vasquez claims that West and his team injured him in the incident.

While a police report was originally filed, the matter was reportedly thrown out as the “complaint was unfounded.” Now, the photographer is just seeking compensation for the suffering he claims he went through because of the alleged assault.

Jermaine Jackson cannot come back to the United States of America ... because he owes a fortune in back child support ... The Diallo Lounge has learned.Jermaine is currently in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, Africa. We've learned his passport has expired and he can't get a new one, so he's waylaid there. 

Here's what we know.  n May 2008, Jermaine's baby mama Alejandra got a child support order, requiring him to pay $3,000 a month. Jermaine went into arrears almost immediately and, as of last month, he owed $91,921.

Under California law, when someone owes more than $2,500 a month in child support, the State Department of Child Support Services automatically informs the feds of the delinquency, and the feds then flag the person's passport. Once the passport expires, it will not be renewed until the person becomes current on child support obligations. 

Our sources say Jermaine's passport expired during his trip, he can't get a new one and he's stuck overseas.

If Jermaine doesn't clear up the debt, it's unclear if the American Embassy will come to the rescue ... though we're told in these situations the Embassy will often issue temporary papers so the person can return to the U.S.
